MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Primary job duties
- Assist in building and optimizing reporting templates related to operations management to drive revenue growth and segment development.
- Coordinate detailed and summary reports, collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate and updated information.
- Proactively monitor and track the progress of assigned tasks, providing support for coordination between departments to ensure tasks are on schedule.
- Support the implementation of business plans, participating in option selection, setting technical methods, defining KPIs, and analyzing data to align with company strategies.
- Complete additional tasks and requirements from the Team Leader, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
B. Report Frequency
- Weekly/ Monthly report.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing or graduated in Economics, Information Technology, or related fields, with an interest in the retail industry.
- Experience: more than one year
- Strong communication skills, basic English proficiency; detail-oriented, supportive mindset, and a well-rounded approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in office tools: Google Sheets, Google Docs, Slides, Excel, etc.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages: SQL, Python, or similar.
- Familiarity with BI tools like Google Data Studio, Superset, or similar platforms is preferred.
