Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop courses content and implement training programs;
- Ensure that training sessions are organized, conducted and prepared based on current requirements;
- Develop and research related training courses, including specialized training courses
- Create, update, and improve quality of presentations and training materials
- Ensure quality of training documents are controlled, including quality check of presentations and training tests
- Ensure Training Calendar is maintained
- Develop syllabus and review participant’s feedbacks after each courses
- Perform follow-up services after training courses; provide feedbacks to participants, correction and feedback of comprehension tests and others as appropriate
- Provide extra materials relevant to training courses (interesting papers, reference list, etc.,)
- Ensure all activities are organized within budget limit as instructed by management board
- Meet regularly with management board and other relevant staff to provide an update of training progress and to review workload
- Provide problem resolutions for all questions or concerns regarding provided training sessions.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business Administration, Economic, Pedagogy or related field of study
- Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles
- 3-5 years’ experience in a Training/Learning & Development role
- Minimum of 4 years in developing and delivering training in the customer services, retailing, consumer or food and beverage field.
- Advanced English language skills (oral and written).
