Job Description

OVERVIEW

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for searching and providing timely candidates who are qualified to job requirements and corporate culture, ensuring stable and proficient labour resources, collaborating on company plans of business goals and development strategy. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Specialist leads employer branding initiatives to develop 7-Eleven’s image among applicants and potential candidates.
  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a part of Talent Development Team and reports to Head of Human Resources

 

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Planning and making reports of yearly/quarterly recruitment plans
  • Setting up employment assessment tools
  • Coordinating with Hiring managers to identify job requirements, determine selection criterias and organize candidates assessment process
  • Coordinating with Head of Human Resources to identify salary range and benefits for each job title
  • Posting jobs on media channels
  • Investigating candidates through screening applicants’ CVs, profiles, and private social networks. Shortlisting qualified candidates through call interviews
  • Participating in 1st round interview with Hiring managers. 
  • Organizing testing round, collecting technical tests, office skills tests, or business common sense tests from candidates. Arranging 2nd round interviews. (if needed)
  • Making job offer
  • Welcoming new comer, handling orientation training, and following up probation process
  • Organizing exit interviews
  • Updating and manage talent pool
  • Analyzing and making recruitment reports (budget, hiring cost, duration, candidate sources, etc.)
  • Connecting with potential candidates through social media and networking
  • Organizing and participating in job fairs and employer branding
  • Other tasks assigned by Head of Human Resources

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor of Art in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 4 year experience as a talent acquisition coordinator or similar role
  • Knowledge of sourcing candidates on social platforms and recruitment websites (LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Knowledge of recruitment management systems
  • Effective communication (verbal and written communication)
  • Skills of nurturing trusting relationship
  • Proficient English skill (TOEIC minimum score at 800 or similar level)
  • Careful and responsible
