Job description
The main objectives of the person in this role are to create, design, develop and maintain the training programs on adult learning principles which aim at solving employees’ competence problems and be in line with the business plan; provide methods to evaluate effectiveness of training programs and build the online learning and training system.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Training Design & Development
- Design and develop training programs based on the company’s Competency Framework.
- Create and update course content, training materials, assessments, and evaluation criteria.
- Research and propose new training modules, including technical and soft-skill programs.
- Continuously improve training quality, content, and learning methods.
- Training Planning & Execution
- Organize and deliver training sessions according to business needs and standards.
- Coordinate and implement Learning & Development initiatives (onboarding, upskilling, leadership development, etc.).
- Ensure all training activities are completed within approved timelines and budgets.
- Address questions, provide support, and ensure a smooth learning experience.
- Evaluation & Follow-up
- Conduct post-training follow-ups to assess learning applications and provide additional support.
- Ensure training documents, tests, and materials are accurate and updated.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business Administration, Economic, Pedagogy or related field of study
- Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles
- 3-5 years’ experience in a Training/Learning & Development role in the customer services, retailing, consumer or food and beverage field.
- Advanced English language skills (oral and written).
