MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
POG management
- Design, organize and implement the planogram concepts upon category strategy, product assortment, sales space allocation to maximize sales opportunity.
- Develop, maintain and update the visual merchandising standards & guidelines in line with merchandising planning. Conduct the necessary training to store staff when required.
- Analyze sales/profits data and stay up-to-date on retail industry trends and competitor activity to propose a new displaying concept and/ or in-store layout improvement.
- Involve and support to finalize merchandise layout (renew & new opening) and/ or make merchandise layout for a special zone.
- Manage relative POG database includes product image, product dimension and sales performance data.
- Semiannual review the category performance through the report on the display efficiency then give the recommendation to the Category team on whether the item should be reduced/enhanced the space share, layout and facing.
Communication & Deployment
- Coordinate with the Category team on product assortment, layout to optimize the planogram and/ or to create special concepts in stores.
- Coordinate with the CEM team on new or renewal layout when necessary and request display equipment to support for display concept deployment.
- Coordinate with the Operation team on POG implementation. Follow up and perform the in-store display compliance check to ensure guidelines and standards are met.
Stakeholder Management
- Builds strong relationships and foster teamwork among functions, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
- Acts as a relationship partner with internal and external customers by establishing and maintaining open lines of communication.
- Provides support to initiatives of other functions within Seven System Vietnam designed to achieve maximum business performance.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects.
- 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG, Retail, and Convenience Store.

- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Organizational, planning and time management skills
- Reporting, data collection, processing and data analysis skills
- Proficiency in office computing, Internet search skill
- Good English communication skill both spoken and written

- Familiar to SPACEMAN, office programs and databases (G.Suite, Excel,...)
- Ability to work well under high pressure, ability to work well with others
