7LAB at 7-Eleven Viet Nam is seeking a Junior Tech Product Manager to join our journey in developing the digital experience of convenience commerce.

7LAB is the department that has been developing the digital layer for 7-Eleven Vietnam since 2015. Which includes the entire retail chain management system and the digital platform - enabling the digital experience of convenience commerce.

You’ll be responsible for

Lead the development team, facilitate necessary Agile events, meetings in order to deliver a variety of products, features on many different platforms to meet the company goals
Work with stakeholders and partners to build requirements, features, and products.
Coordination & collaboration in multiple departments together to deliver products from concept to end-user
Identify and analyze product problems to propose solutions to improve, increase stability and increase user experience

Strong communication and reporting skills.
Love technology
3+ years of work experience in the Software Development life cycles and Agile project management
1+ years of experience as a Business Analysis, Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role.
Expertise in data gathering and quantitative analysis
Diligent, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver high-quality products.
Experienced in the Retail industry or customer relationships is a huge advantage

Junior Tech Product Manager
