Job Description

Position Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering effective recruitment solutions to ensure the availability of qualified talent for both store and office positions in the Hanoi area. This role plays a critical part in supporting business continuity and organizational growth. Additionally, the position contributes to employer branding initiatives, enhances the overall candidate experience, and executes strategic hiring plans aligned with 7-Eleven Vietnam’s talent development goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, define job requirements, and align on selection criteria.
  • Plan and implement mass and office recruitment campaigns to meet workforce needs in the Hanoi area.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through various sourcing channels.
  • Organize and coordinate hiring events, including job fairs, campus recruitment programs, and large-scale recruitment drives.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on defined job requirements and organizational fit.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality hiring to support business operations and growth.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
  • Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and ensure a smooth onboarding transition.
  • Continuously improve recruitment tools, processes, and evaluation frameworks to enhance hiring effectiveness.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and strengthen 7-Eleven Vietnam’s presence in the Hanoi talent market.
  • Other tasks assigned by Human Resources Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Languages, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 1 year in mass recruitment. Experience in the retail or F&B industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in using modern recruitment channels, including Zalo, Facebook, LinkedIn, job portals, and other social media platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of assessment techniques and sharp behavioral evaluation skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills; proven ability to work effectively in teams.
  • Solid data management skills with the ability to track and analyze key recruitment KPIs.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.) to support recruitment operations and reporting.
  • Basic English proficiency; TOEIC 600 or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
