Job Description

Job Summary:

The Operation Support Specialist at 7-Eleven Vietnam is a crucial member of the Operations team responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our stores. This role involves providing support, coordination, and assistance to various areas of store operations, including inventory management, staff training, compliance, and customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are adequately stocked.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and track product expiry dates.

2. Staff Training and Development:

  • Assist in the training of store employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide coaching and support to staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.

3. Compliance:

  • Ensure all stores adhere to local and company-specific regulations.
  • Conduct regular compliance checks, report any issues, and work on corrective actions.

4. Customer Service:

  • Monitor and assess customer service standards at store locations.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and work on improvements.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze operational data, identify trends, and report findings to the Operations Manager.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.

6. Store Support:

  • Assist stores in resolving operational issues and challenges.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate offices and store locations.

7. Emergency Response:

  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans for stores and ensure staff are well-prepared for various scenarios.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar operational support role within the retail industry, preferably convenience stores.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to store locations as needed.
