Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative solutions for the 7-Eleven brands in the Viet Nam market
- Design of marketing communication pieces including overall theme development, individual piece designs, etc. both online and offline
- Suggest proper materials and relative costings of final artworks within the agreed budget and timeline
- Manage production of all print pieces from conception to completion and maintain a quality check on all pieces
- Stay current on industry trends, such as the new design practices and technology about images, visuals, animations, and icons
- Strictly adhere to all trademark regulations, including seeking approval for trademark use prior to printing and production
- To carry out ad hoc tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor‘s degree in art or design or equivalent
- At least 3 - 4 years experience in an in-house creative department or design firm. Working in the agency industry is preferred
- Proficient in design software including Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign
- Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity
- Possess strong conceptual skills, a good sense of design, layout, and typography
- Having knowledge in production supervision
- Having photo shooting, motion graphic, and video creation skills is preferred
- Self-motivated, creative, problem solving and time-management skills
- Good interpersonal skills. Big egos need not apply
- Good English skill is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines
