MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the team to develop creative solutions for the 7-Eleven brands in the Viet Nam market
• Design of marketing communication pieces including overall theme development, individual piece designs, etc. both online and offline
• Suggest proper materials and relative costings of final artworks within the agreed budget and timeline
• Manage production of all print pieces from conception to completion and maintain a quality check on all pieces
• Stay current on industry trends, such as the new design practices and technology about images, visuals, animations, and icons
• Strictly adhere to all trademark regulations, including seeking approval for trademark use prior to printing and production
• To carry out ad hoc tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor‘s degree in art or design or equivalent
• At least 3 - 4 years experience in an in-house creative department or design firm. Working in the agency industry is preferred 
• Proficient in design software including Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign 
• Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity
• Possess strong conceptual skills, a good sense of design, layout, and typography 
• Having knowledge in production supervision
• Having photo shooting, motion graphic, and video creation skills is preferred
• Self-motivated, creative, problem solving and time-management skills 
• Good interpersonal skills. Big egos need not apply
• Good English skill is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure 
• Ability to meet deadlines
