MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Organize operational planning and management policies:
- Establish KPI systems for stores including sales, incentives, and evaluation criteria aligned with directions from the Operations Director.
- Responsible for communicating and delivering directives from the company and Operations Manager to relevant staff.
2. Monitor and manage store expenditure budgets:
- Oversee the implementation of store cost KPIs (PAC) and develop streamlined, cost-effective operation plans.
- Supervise planning for holidays (e.g., Tet), ensuring effective personnel cost management.
3. Manage HR activities within the store operations unit:
- Supervise the allocation of management personnel to ensure stores operate smoothly.
- Evaluate and assess knowledge and work quality of operations department staff.
- Assign and monitor staff development and training plans to support operational activities.
4. Improve operations and systems:
- Coordinate with relevant departments to develop and enhance operational procedures and systems, reduce workload, and increase productivity and efficiency.
5. Internal affairs:
- Represent the operations department in internal and executive meetings.
- Inspect store performance and evaluate plan execution in the field by the operations consulting team.
- Issue announcements and share information on behalf of the operations department as delegated by the Operations Director.
- Take responsibility for organizing crisis handling and planning prevention strategies.
- Coordinate with SSC departments to resolve and align on store support matters.
- Manage and develop the Jira system to ensure smooth information flow and cross-departmental problem solving.
- Manage Airtable, including store and staff data.
6. External affairs:
- Represent and maintain relationships with company partners and area managers where new stores are opened.
- Handle situations involving external partners that impact operations.
- Collaborate with external partners on programs and community activities.
7. Job responsibilities:
- Ensure the achievement of KPIs and directives from the Operations Director throughout the year.
- Be accountable for revenue and operational quality across the store network.
- Maintain a strong understanding of store-related operations and real-time conditions, and propose appropriate solutions to the Operations Director.
- Proactively suggest improvements to streamline and stabilize operations.
- Organize centralized, streamlined management to ensure the store division develops stably, proactively, and with discipline.
- Support and advise team leaders in building and executing plans as directed by the Operations Director.
- Implement and revise procedures and guidelines to ensure operational consistency.
- Ensure smooth communication and information sharing between departments.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- University graduate in a relevant field
- At least 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong professional knowledge, good management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan and implement training programs
