Job Description
As a Java Engineer Intern, you play an important role in the making of the retail 3.0 system of 7 Eleven Viet Nam.
Responsibility/Challenge
- Developing applications (coding, programming)
- Debugging and testing code
- Documenting and testing new software applications
- Researching, investigating and fixing a wide range of technical issues
- Collaborating with senior leaders, mentors
- Approaching problems and creating solutions
- Perform other tasks assigned by superior
- Practicing coding with high quality and effective outputs
- Involving to develop web applications/tools by using modern Java technologies (Java 8+, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, …)
- Learning and practicing about architecture, solutions in big/complicated applications or enterprise systems

Your Skills and Experience
- Commitment to excellence and self-improvement
- 3rd year or final-year students in Computer Science/ Information Technologies or related fields
- Can join full-time internship for at least 3 months (Monday to Friday)
- Strong background knowledge of OOP, Data structures and algorithms
- Passionate about learning and updating latest Java-related technologies
- Proactive attitude
- Self-motivated individuals
Nice to have:
- Knowledge and experience with Java language, Spring Framework is a plus
- Knowledge and experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Active MQ, Kafka, MQTT, Elasticsearch is a big plus
- Have experience work with web application development (inside or outside of school)
